# Security

There are four levels of security with the JAS portal, these are defined as roles.

# Administrator Role

The administrator role is initially setup by JAS. Please contact JAS support if you do not have an administrator set up.

The administrator privileges are set as follows:

  • Data - Export
  • Work Tasks/Risk Assessments – View, Add, Edit, Archive, Delete
  • People – View, Add, Edit, Delete
  • Sites – View, Add, Edit, Delete
  • Work Areas – View, Delete
  • Tags – View, Delete
  • Users – View, Add, Edit, Disable, Delete

The administrator role is responsible for setting up additional users within the portal. It is recommended to have at least two Administrator users.
