# JAS Product
The JAS suite comprises an:
- iOS based app designed to run on an Apple iPad or iPhone that connects to wearable sensors using BLUETOOTH technology. Get started using the JAS app
- Internet based portal. This is the repository of the information. Get started using the JAS portal
The JAS app can be used independently of the JAS portal however for ease of use and for custom reporting it is recommended that the portal be utilised. All initial data setup can be done using the portal e.g. Sites, People, Work Tasks. Setting up new users can only be done through the portal.
Login details for the portal are the same as for the JAS app.

# Warranty
The JAS Performance kit is covered by Joint Action 12 month Limited Warranty. Please refer to the Joint Action Limited Warranty in the Additional Resources of this document.
The MBIENTLAB MetaMotionR sensors have a 12 month return to base warranty however Joint Action provides a service to swap out any sensors directly and there is no need to contact the supplier directly. Simply email JAS support with details of the sensor that has failed and they will assist you in arranging a replacement. You may choose to hold spare sensors on site as an option. Please email Sales support for additional sensors.
